Kid's Yoga Series

Join us for a playful, engaging 4 week yoga series designed just for kids! Each 45-minute class blends movement, mindfulness, and fun — helping kids build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence. We’ll explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, and relaxation techniques in a welcoming, supportive space. Perfect for kids of all energy levels to move, connect, and shine!

Series require at least 4 children to run & will run once the 4 person minimum has been met!
