Pop Up Class- Chair Yoga

Gentle. Supportive. Empowering. Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice—breath awareness, mindful movement, and stress relief—with the stability and support of a chair. Perfect for beginners, older adults, those with limited mobility, or anyone looking for a gentle approach to movement.

This class includes seated and optional standing poses using the chair for balance, along with guided breathwork and relaxation. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body in a safe, encouraging environment.

🌿 To honor both your time and our teachers, class registration will close one hour before start time. If no one is registered by then, class will be canceled. Thank you for reserving your spot in advance—it helps us create the best experience for you! 🌿
