While resting comfortably (usually lying down), you’ll be gently guided through body awareness, breath, and visualization to quiet the mind and relax the nervous system.
This practice is perfect for reducing stress, improving sleep, and reconnecting with your inner peace. No movement is required—just come cozy, supported, and ready to receive deep rest.
