Restorative Yoga

This deeply nourishing class invites you to slow down, soften, and surrender into stillness. With the gentle support of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, your body is lovingly held in restful postures designed to release tension and restore balance.

Through calming breath, guided relaxation, and moments of silence, you’ll awaken your parasympathetic nervous system—allowing your body and mind to find ease, your energy to realign, and your spirit to be replenished.

A grounding practice for every soul, perfect for anyone craving rest, renewal, and gentle self-care.
