Designed to balance the busyness of life and more active yoga styles, this class invites you to turn inward, release tension, and gently increase flexibility and circulation.
Expect a peaceful environment, supportive props, and poses held for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to open at its own pace. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking rest, recovery, and a deeper connection to self.
