Gentle Beginner Yoga

A slow-paced, supportive class designed for those new to yoga or returning after a break. Expect mindful movement, foundational poses, gentle stretches, and breath awareness. Perfect for building confidence, easing tension, and nurturing a deeper connection with your body.
